ATTN First Time GCI Customers and New Travelling Teams: The process works best when a team manager (or parent) sets up a block of rooms for their travelling team. There is no credit card required to set up a room block. Only the individual parent will provide a credit card to secure their own room within the room block. Hotel inventory will be released 3-4 weeks prior to event start date. Please secure your room blocks early to receive the best rates and selection. A maximum of 17 rooms per team is allowed (to start). One team per block please. Once all 17 rooms are secured with names and credit card numbers, we can look at adding more for your team. On average, usually only 14 rooms are actually booked by parents on a team. Housing multiple teams per hotel cannot be guaranteed due to other city-wide events happening this same weekend. May 1-3 is a very popular weekend for tournaments in Wichita.
