Hotels used for the event are approximately 45 minutes from the airport and will not provide shuttle service to games or the airport. ATTN First Time GCI Customers and New Travelling Teams: The process works best when a team manager (or parent) sets up a block of rooms for their travelling team. There is no credit card required to set up a room block. Only the individual parent will provide a credit card to secure their own room within the room block.**A team manager, coach or parent volunteer will need to set up a block of rooms for the team. It is not advised to have each parent secure 1 room at a time as this is not an easy process for each parent to have to deal with.
