Please read important booking information below: HOW TO BOOK FOR YOUR TEAM: To book for your team, please select the hotel of your choosing and the number of rooms you will need. There will be a step by step process for you to create a block of rooms. When you receive your “request ID,” you will be able to book rooms for your team. If booking all under one name, you are able to do that by changing the number of rooms upon booking. Created your block?: Once you have created your block, you will either block all of the rooms for the team or, if parents are traveling, they will book individually. You will need to provide a credit card to put on file for the rooms; however, you will not be charged until arrival. Traveling By Bus: Please contact GCI directly via email so we can provide additional information from the hotels regarding bus fees, etc. Additional Nights Needed?: If you need additional nights due to travel, please let us know and we will check with the hotel on availability to get those added. Traveling with Chaperones?: Hotels do understand many teams will be traveling with chaperones. Hotels may ask that you send a list of who will be in each room. Questions for the Hotel Directly?: GCI is more than happy to assist in connecting you with the hotel sales manager so you can discuss meeting space or questions you may have regarding your stay with the hotel directly.
