Guest Room Bathrooms will be refreshed with new tile, plumbing, and walk in showers. Construction activities will be Monday-Saturday during the hours 8-6pm. Renovation of the 1stfloor public space will begin on approximately December 6, 2023. During this time, to minimize the impact to our guest experience, the Hotels front desk and breakfast area will be moved to the hotel’s meeting space. Entire Event Cancellation:
If the entire tournament is cancelled due to weather or COVID-19, all reservations made with GCI will be cancelled entirely. • Cancelling your reservation after 3:00PM Central Standard Time on Saturday June 01st will result in a cancellation penalty up to 2 night’s room and tax charged by the hotel.
No Show Policy:
Should a guest not show up on their scheduled arrival date, the hotel reservation will be cancelled for all consecutive nights and a no show fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Teams withdrawing from a tournament could be charged a penalty for cancelling hotel reservations. Please inquire with GCI.
If team is NOT ACCEPTED into tournament:
The Team Contact Person who set up the room block must notify GCI in writing no more than 1 business day after notification to cancel hotel reservations without penalty. Proof in writing from the tournament director will be required. If teams aren't notified until 10-14 days prior to check in, or the week of the event, hotel may charge a penalty; we will need to reach out to the hotel to inquire.
Entire Event Cancellation:
If the entire tournament is cancelled due to weather or COVID-19, all reservations made with GCI will be cancelled entirely. There will be no penalties when the announcement is made at least 48 hours prior to check in. If games are cancelled after you have already checked in, the hotel's cancellation policy will continue to apply.
COVID-19 Disclaimer:
• Any cancellations due to Covid-19 that are sent in past GCI's cancellation deadline will be at the hotel's discretion to work with individuals/teams on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee a hotel's flexibility in regards to charging a penalty (or not) for a cancellation made after the GCI deadline.
